I am still on Cloud 9 over that wonderful trip to Guyana. The best trip to South America that I have ever had. My personal list was just under 300 species and 86 (probably more) were Life Birds for me.
A land of giants, anteaters, river otters, armadillos, Harpy eagles and the world’s tallest, single-drop waterfall.
During our tour of the country we saw and heard a total of 332 bird species and witnessed some of the abundant mammals, amphibians, reptiles and insects that make this part of the world their home.
